Result of General Meeting

At a General Meeting of Scirocco Energy Limited (“the Company”), held on 10 July 2024, resolutions were passed to appoint Chad Griffin and Callum Angus Carmichael, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 93 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD as joint liquidators in the Members Voluntary Liquidation of the Company.
